Allison is an awesome coach and put together a great program that helped me podium in my age group at Toughest Seattle.
The 16 week prep to WTM is a great program. 1) a really good comprehensive daily workout plan that can be adapted or added to if need, 2) being part of the workout group allowed me to get help, motivation, and yes, have someone to gripe to, 3) access to a world-class coach/athlete in Allison Tai. I reached my race goal that I would not have without help and guidance from Coach Tai and the rest of the workout group. If you're serious about upping your game -- this is for you.
