Our official 5 Weeks to Tough Mudder Event Training Program is designed to uniquely prepare you for the Tough Mudder course. Led by certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainers, you’ll be taken from your current fitness level to the start line - ready to tackle all the obstacles the course has in store. It's like a 'life hack' for Tough Mudder.

- 5 weeks of customized workouts, designed to help you conquer the course. Three workout progressions will ensure you are met at your current fitness level.
- Online group coaching, motivation, and accountability from a certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainer.
- Access to a private Facebook group to join a community with other Mudders-in-training going to your same event.
- Weekly livestreams with your coach to discuss obstacle insights, brush up on your skills, answer your training questions, and prep for your event day experience.
- Weekly emails including your training program for the upcoming week, motivation, and tips from TMHQ**.

How It Works
