16 Weeks to World's Toughest Mudder
Whether you’re ready to take on the Toughest Event on the Planet for the first time, or you’re aiming for that coveted 50 mile brown bib, we’ve got you covered.
Allison Tai, 2x World’s Toughest Mudder silver medalist, will be your Head Coach along your endurance journey. She has crafted an amazing personalized online group training curriculum, designed to give you the foundation of endurance, strength and obstacle skills to lock in your goal at WTM 2022.
The programs will be personally led by Allison, with daily accountability and motivation for participants in a private online community.

New to WTM vs 50 mile club
New to WTM:
The New to WTM program will focus on the basic elements of strength and speed that it requires to successfully make it through a 24 hour race. If this is your first World's Toughest Mudder or long distance endurance event, this plan is for you.
50 Mile Club:
Reaching the 50 mile club at World's Toughest Mudder and earning your brown bib is no easy feat. If you have run World's Toughest Mudder before and are looking to reach the next level, this plan is for you.
What's Included
- 16 weeks of customized workouts designed to hone your endurance and strength for event day.
- Online group coaching, motivation, and accountability from Allison Tai.
- Access to the Tough Mudder Training Hub for all of the materials and content you'll need to succeed on your training journey.
- Access to a private Facebook group to join a community with other Mudders-in-training heading to World’s Toughest Mudder.
- Weekly online meetups with your coach and special guests to discuss tips, equipment, preparation, and all of your questions.
- On-site course overview with Allison and/or TMHQ to get insider strategy on how to plan your race.

Program Start Date
The 16 week prep to WTM is a great program. 1) a really good comprehensive daily workout plan that can be adapted or added to if need, 2) being part of the workout group allowed me to get help, motivation, and yes, have someone to gripe to, 3) access to a world-class coach/athlete in Allison Tai. I reached my race goal that I would not have without help and guidance from Coach Tai and the rest of the workout group. If you're serious about upping your game -- this is for you.
