12 Weeks to Toughest Mudder
Anyone is capable of taking on a 12-hour event, and our official training program will ensure you’ve got the right prep to keep you going on course All. Night. Long.
Allison Tai, multi-time Toughest Mudder winner, will be your Head Coach along your endurance journey. She has crafted an amazing personalized online group training curriculum, designed to give you the foundation of endurance, strength and obstacle skills you need to succeed on a Toughest Mudder course.
Each program is personally led by Allison, with daily accountability, motivation, and tips for participants in a private Facebook group.

- 12 weeks of customized workouts designed to hone your endurance and strength for event day.
- Online group coaching, motivation, and accountability from Allison Tai.
- Access to a private Facebook group to join a community with other Mudders-in-training heading to the same Toughest Mudder.
- Weekly online meetups with your coach, and special guests, to discuss tips, equipment, preparation, and all of your questions.
- Weekly emails including your training program for the upcoming week, motivation, and tips from TMHQ**.
- On-site course overview with Allison and/or TMHQ to get insider strategy on how to plan your race.

How It Works
3. Join the Facebook Group with other Mudders-in-training heading to your same event.
4. Receive your weekly training program each Saturday, starting 12 weeks out from your event.
5. Put in the work.
