
5 Weeks to Tough Mudder
Our official 5 Weeks to Tough Mudder Event Training Program is designed to uniquely prepare you for the Tough Mudder 5K, 10K, and 15K courses. Led by certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainers, you’ll be taken from your current fitness level to the start line - ready to tackle all the obstacles the course has in store. It's like a 'life hack' for Tough Mudder.

What's Included
- 5 weeks of customized workouts, designed to help you conquer the course. Three workout progressions will ensure you are met at your current fitness level.
- Online group coaching, motivation, and accountability from a certified Tough Mudder Bootcamp Trainer.
- Access to the Tough Mudder Training Hub for all of the materials and content you'll need to succeed on your training journey.**
- Access to a private Facebook group to join a community with other Mudders-in-training going to your same event.**
- Weekly livestreams with your coach to discuss obstacle insights, brush up on your skills, answer your training questions, and prep for your event day experience.

**You will receive an email on the Thursday four days prior to your program start date with a link to join your event's Facebook group and a password to access the Tough Mudder Training Hub.

Super beneficial.
Pull up and free hang training allowed me to conquer the "Just the Tip". I also trained hard on monkey bars, figuring on the Funky Monkey. It got me through it like nothing.
This training allowed me to kick ass and have a blast with those I hooked up with. Shayne was right. I helped as many as I could. Then I became an honorary member of a team running the event together. What great camaraderie!
My Achilles heel is heights. Ladder to Hell and Mudderhorn were my nemeses going into this, but I flew over them like nothing was in my way. Berlin wall was hard, but I got it.
I had three heart surgeries in 2019 starting with open heart surgery in May 2019 and culminating in dual PCI for the final repair in Nov. 2019. I've been building my way back and tried running, but my knee failed due to an old injury. Cycling, walking, hiking, and swimming have been my recovery regimen. My knee failed during training in 2020 and my 5k dream was stolen from me. Today I stole it back.
Great folks - Wonderful day. I will never forget this day and the people I conquered with. This will not be the last time I do something for the first time!
